The Kingsdown Passions and Prime collections are both high-quality mattresses, but there are some key differences between the two.
- Construction: The Passions collection is made with a narrower pocketed coil, which allows for a higher coil count and more personalized support. The Prime collection is also made with pocketed coils but with wider coils which provides a lower coil coint.
- Edge Support: Both the Passions and Prime Collection use firmer coils around the entire perminitor of every mattress to provide firmer support on all four sides. However the Passions Collection also encases the entire outer edge with heavy duty foam to help provide an even stronger and longer lasting support that prevents rolling out when the sleeper is laying near the outer edge of the mattress.
- Motion Seperation: Only the Passions Collection has a center foam divider seperating the coils. When one person moves the other person doesn’t feel their movement as much compared to a mattress without a center divider.
